About
Wild Wellness Way is about reconnecting with yourself through movement, nature, and mindful wellbeing. Founded by Lorraine Horan, a qualified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, stand-up paddleboard instructor, and Lowland Leader, the aim is to create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and feel good in their bodies.
Through yoga, Pilates, guided hikes, and SUP experiences, Wild Wellness Way blends gentle movement with the restorative power of the outdoors. Whether on the mat, on the trail, or on the water, each session is designed to help people build strength, find balance, and reconnect with nature in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Wild Wellness Way also offers wellbeing experiences for individuals, groups, and workplaces helping people step away from daily pressures and rediscover the benefits of mindful movement and time outside.
